TL;DR: Maps + Twitter = report anything anywhere.
1) Visualize recent open map data with name, location and other information on a map (e.g, USGS Quake data, NASA Wildfire data, etc.).
2) Tweet with your location @ the map makers (e.g, @USGS) to report events or ask questions about activity in your area.
